Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has negotiated Patrick Industries’ lease to relocate its manufacturing headquarters to 8399 W. Van Buren St.
Patrick Industries committed to 22,550 square feet, and moved this month from its previous location at 601 S. 54th Ave. in Phoenix. The property is owned by Seefried Properties and is now 100% leased.
Patrick Industries manufactures building products and materials to the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industries. It also supplies many of its products to the industrial market that include customers in the kitchen cabinet, household furniture, fixtures and commercial furnishings, marine, architectural and the automotive aftermarket.
“The new location at 83rd Avenue allows Patrick Industries to become more efficient in its operation at a location with great access to the I-10, adding convenient access to customers,” said John Grady of Cushman & Wakefield.
