RS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that Dollar Tree has leased a 12,080-square-foot space in St. Mary’s Plaza located at the southeast corner of St. Mary’s Road and Silverbell Road in Tucson, Ariz.  The Safeway anchored shopping center includes; Starbucks, Subway and 7-Eleven.  Dollar Tree plans to open October of 2013.
