Mike Kasulaitis and Aric Adams of Voit Real Estate Services’ Phoenix office successfully directed the $2.3 million sale of a 45,343 square-foot industrial warehouse in Glendale, on behalf of SGM Property Holdings LLC. The buyer, 3215 Corridor LLC, bought this property in a 1031 exchange.

“The size, term, and credit of the lease was a perfect fit for this buyer,” according to Kasulaitis.

The property is located at 6632 W. Myrtle Ave. in Glendale.
