The buyer, Utility Construction Company, Inc., a general contractor, will use this property to house a small office and a contractor yard to serve their needs in Downtown Phoenix, according to Geiger in Voit’s Phoenix office.
Adam Geiger is only 21-years-old and a full time student at Arizona State University pursuing a BS in Finance and minors in both Real Estate and Urban Planning. He is also an up and coming junior broker with Voit Real Estate Services in their Phoenix office. Although this is a smaller transaction, Geiger may be the youngest commercial real estate broker to be the lead broker on a sale transaction in Phoenix.
