How can I get on the Broker of the Year voting list?

To be considered for Broker of the Year you must have been chosen as a Broker of the Month that we feature in each issue (6 issues per year).

How do I get chosen for Broker of the Month?

Broker of the Month is chosen based upon the following: 1. Highly successful within the broker’s sector; 2. Industry and community impact; 3. Final decision is up to the discretion of the CEM staff.

Being that CEM publishes 6 issues per year, it is our goal to give equal attention to each sector. Please note: We appreciate the ongoing support of our advertisers and event sponsors.

How are the winners determined for Broker of the Year?

Whoever receives the most votes. Voting Rules: Voters must be in the commercial real estate industry. You can only vote once! CEM tracks all votes and will only accept 1 vote with name, email, company. Any votes with illegitimate names or emails will be discarded.
