West Coast Commercial has acquired more than 15 commercial industrial, retail and office properties located throughout Phoenix; and, “we are currently in different phases of acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, financing and managing our real estate portfolio” said Lytel. The 40th Street property is the second property acquired by Lytel, In the fourth quarter 2014, he purchased a 20,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial property on 30th Avenue (renamed 30th Ave Business Park). Lytel is actively pursuing additional industrial, industrial, retail and office properties to increase West Coast’s presence within the Phoenix marketplace. Mr. Lytel oversees the company’s Arizona portfolio and heads new acquisitions and development throughout the Southwest. “We are aggressively pursuing value-added industrial and retail projects in the Phoenix marketplace,” said Lytel.
